Mr Ahmed diligently manages the administrative account functions at SAFA. He is meticulous about every aspect of his role.
His job requires him to interact with both the school’s staff & management at various levels of the hierarchy.
Research & Development Department
This department was created to further technological up-gradations, teacher-evaluation and training, performance evaluation and appraisal & curriculum development at SAFA. The goal of our R&D Department is to equip the school and the teachers to take on a constructivist approach and make the classrooms more student-centric.

Ms Saher Rajani
BMS, M.Com, PGDBA (Marketing), MA (English Literature), B.Ed.
“My Association with SAFA stemmed from the confidence the management had in me to train their teachers in Advanced Teaching Tools in 2017. Later, during the pandemic in 2020, I filled in the position of head of R&D in addition to my training duties. I have been working for the past year to realize the Core Management’s Vision of making SAFA an institution of excellence. I strongly believe & respect the Islamic values of the school and abide by them in my work functioning.”
Ms Saher has been an excellent resource person to SAFA & shares the Management’s enthusiasm for taking SAFA to new heights.
She works closely with the key decision-makers in the school administration & is an integral part of the teacher training evaluation process, Pre Primary & nursery interviews and admissions, parental query repartees, Ulema English training, and day to day administrative work.
